Insurance: My services are covered by most insurance plans that have out of network benefits. I will provide you with a receipt for each date of service which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Alternatively a claim can be sent to your insurance company on your behalf and you will be reimbursed by your insurance company.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits and is this therapist's services covered?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered in a given year?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Cancellation Policy When you schedule an appointment, this time is reserved for you alone; no one else is scheduled in this time. It is important that you keep your appointments. Your therapy time is reserved for you weekly or bi weekly and no one can be put in your time slot for that week unlike a dental or medical appointment. A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel an appointment. Appointments not cancelled with 48 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
