Insurance: My services are covered by most insurance plans that offer out of network coverage. I do not participate as an in network provider, I will provide you with a receipt for each date of service which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. .
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits and is this therapist's services covered?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
Payment
Cash, Zelle, credit card, Paypal, check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session except in cases of acute medical crisis or injuries or severe family crisis.
